Nashville remains No. 1, but after a loss to Pinckneyville last week, the Hornettes are no longer a unanimous choice. Fairfield picked up four first place votes this week to move up to No. 2. Centralia also moved up a spot, with Carterville falling to No. 4.

NCOE remains No. 5 with Pinckneyville climbing two spots to No. 6. Despite a 2-0 week last week, Du Quoin drops one spot No. 7, while Woodlawn moves up a spot to No. 8. Massac County fell two places to No. 9, with Murphysboro re-entering the poll, replacing Hamilton County at No. 10.
