NORRIS CITY — NCOE has built quite the volleyball tradition.

The program reached 1000 wins last year, thanks in part to hugely successful run the past six seasons. During that span, the Fighting Cardinals are 177-27, with five regional titles, three sectional titles, and two fourth place state trophies.

And it appears more success is on the horizon. A lot more.
