A tip of the cap to this week’s WMIX Sports/Josh Finley Country Financial Ram of the Week, Runnin’ Rams Cross Country! Coach Trace Turner’s crew absolutely dominated the field at the Carbondale Invitational on Saturday, September 9, 2023. Caedmon Cook led the way for the Rams on the SIU Course with a championship time of 16:35.43. Altogether the Rams had 5 of the top 6 finishers with everyone finishing in the top half of the field. The Rams’ 19-points were 35 better than runner up Carbondale and 181 better than the 7th place team.
