Congratulations to this week’s Josh Finley Country Financial Ram of the Week from WMIX Sports! Lady Rams Soccer’s Evie Jetton takes this week’s honors. Jetton had a first half hat trick in a win over the Mt. Carmel Lady Aces on Monday, April 7, at Ken Hunt Stadium. Jetton delivered an impressive performance, scoring her three goals in just 23 minutes. She opened her scoring run by taking control of a loose ball at midfield, then sending a shot into the top-right corner. With about eight minutes remaining in the first half, Jetton was fouled while dribbling into the penalty box. She calmly converted the ensuing penalty, slotting the ball to the left side of the net. Jetton completed her hat trick just before halftime, intercepting a short goal kick and blasting a volley into the back of the net. The Lady Rams won the game 4-0. According to MaxPreps, Jetton also recorded a save as a part-time goaltender in the match. What a performance! Congratulations, Evie!
