MCLEANSBORO — Hamilton County has made steady improvement during head coach Terry Drone’s three seasons as head softball coach. The Lady Foxes went from 9-16 to 17-13 to 19-7 and had high hopes of winning a regional title this season, after falling in the championship game each of the past two years.
