MARION — On the night that the Marion Lady Wildcats honored their three seniors–Tori Evans, Kamryn Madinger, and Dylann Torres, the youthful Herrin Tigers picked up a three-sets win to improve to 9-1 on the season.

Led by freshman Karli Mann, the Tigers, who are ranked fourth in the Deep South Coaches’ Poll, dominated the opening set 25-11. Marion bounced back to take set two 25-22, but Herrin took care of business in the decisive third set, 25-16.
