Mt. Vernon Rams Basketball made history on Friday, January 20, 2023, at the Salem Invitational Tournament! Now, they are WMIX Sports/Josh Finley, Country Financial Rams of the Week! Mt. Vernon dropped Carbondale in a semifinal matchup, 50-44, and claimed the programs 2,000th all-time win. Mt. Vernon Basketball is just the 10th program nationally to achieve this feat.
