Payton Allen, Fairfield: The senior recorded 3 pins to win the 285 pound weight class at the Lawrenceville 1A Wrestling Regional.
Riley Bradford, Carterville: The senior recorded 3 pins to win the 220 pound weight class at the Anna-Jonesboro 1A Wrestling Regional
Jase Burkett, Woodlawn: The senior scored 49 points in 2 games for the Lady Cardinals, including 28 in a 59-38 win over Christopher.
Hunter Danberry, Webber: The senior averaged 23 points and 9.3 rebounds in 3 games, surpassing 1000 career points in the process. Danberry had a pair of double-doubles, including 29 points and 10 rebounds against NCOE.
Justin Durham, Wayne City: The senior averaged 22.6 points and 10.6 rebounds in 3 games, including a 32 point/16 rebound double-double against Du Quoin. Durham also had 10 assists, 5 steals, and 7 blocks for the week.
Bryce Edwards, Murphysboro: The sophomore recorded 3 pins to win the 132 pound weight class at the Anna-Jonesboro 1A Wrestling Regional.
Alayna Kraus, Okawville: The junior averaged 27 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in Lady Rockets’ wins, including 37 points and 6 rebounds against Breese Mater Dei.
Sidnee Nelson, Herrin: The freshman won the individual title at the Mt. Vernon Girls Bowling Regional with 1276 pins over 6 games, including a high game of 259. Nelson help the Tigers win the team title as well.
Nelson Rider, Carmi-White Co.: The junior recorded 3 pins to win the 195 pound weight class at the Anna-Jonesboro 1A Wrestling Regional.
Caleb Seibers, Carmi-White Co.: The junior recorded 3 pins to win the 160 pound weight class at the Anna-Jonesboro 1A Wrestling Regional.
