They broke a 21-year South Seven Championship drought as Xander Ashby also took home match medalist honors with a 78. Blake Brown was a stroke back with a 79 while Max Rinehart was two off of the pace with an 80–giving the trio All-Conference Honors. As a team the Rams finished with a 319 which was 11 better than runner-up Centralia while Carbondale finished with 335 with Marion at 395. Slade Emery came up short of an all-conference nod with an 82 losing a one-hole playoff for the medal. Gage Raney shot an 86 while Lucas Olney turned in a 93. The championship was the Rams’ first since 2003. Congratulations, golfers!
